• How does the 14-day trial and billing work with HacWare?

  HacWare offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate our automated security awareness training with no commitment.

  Here’s how it works:

  • Trial Period: Your 14-day trial begins when you activate the product. No payment is required during this time.
  • Auto-Upgrade: If your account remains active beyond 14 days, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription with no interruption to your service.
  • Monthly Billing: Billing is based on the number of active email addresses receiving training during the billing period.
  • Billing Date: Usage is calculated on the 15th of each month. Your card on file will be charged monthly based on actual usage.
  • Auto-Pay: All charges are automatically billed to the card associated with your account. You’ll receive an invoice for each monthly charge.

  You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime through your HacWare admin portal before the trial ends to avoid charges.
